The range is wide; from fatigue & depression (anxiety, insomnia, headaches, migraines, lethargy or very low motivation/ loss of interest in hobbies and life outside of work or school), fertility challenges, pre during and post birth care, PMS & cramps, to digestive upset (i.e. constipation, diarrhea, heartburn, bloating), to blood sugar and immune system dysregulation (i.e. joint aches and pains, blood sugar regulation, food sensitivities, skin rashes). Twelve 60-90 minute meetings, once per week. Two full Health Assessments, or more as needed by your unique situation. Weekly check ins by phone or email. One half month's worth of appointments to use up if you miss any of your twelve appointments due to unforeseen situations.
Our current available program was carefully honed over the 1-1 experience with multiple clients. The clients that commit and stick to our work together have the best long lasting results. In my clinical experience, the minimum time for this to happen is 3-6 months.

There are 8 Foundations of Health taught in this program, tailored to your individual needs. This program is successfully used by client's resolving menstrual and mood disorders (i.e. PMDD, PMS, and/or painful periods), infertility (couples or individuals), pre & post birth support, and/or depression.

Results vary by person, and couple by couple. Some people feel dramatic improvement within the first 2 months, others may take a bit longer. Our standard program is 3 months. Program for couples is still run at 6 months.
